Frequently
asked questions.
Booking & cancellation policyHow does the ₹500 deposit work?
It is part of your package total. Tap Book now and share your WhatsApp number. We confirm your shoot details, complete quote and creator slot before asking for the deposit. No payment is taken when you share your number.
When is the remaining balance due?
Before your shoot begins. Your ₹500 deposit is deducted from the confirmed total, and any agreed travel or express fee is included in the remaining balance.
Is travel included?
The first 10 road km from your quoted service base are included. Beyond that, travel is ₹20 per extra km, rounded up, covering the round trip. You see all travel charges before booking. Other Maharashtra locations need a custom estimate.
When will I receive my reels?
Within 24 hours of the shoot. Each edited reel is 15–30 seconds, and one minor revision is included. Share your must-have moments and preferred style when we plan the shoot.
Can you arrive in one or two hours?
Express shoots depend on current creator availability, travel time and supported Pune/PCMC coverage. Express fees are ₹749 for one-hour arrival and ₹499 for two-hour arrival. The arrival window begins after booking confirmation. An enquiry alone is not an express booking.
